The primary purposes and objectives of the Cab Calloway Foundation, a not for profit corporation, shall consist of:

Providing benefit while informing and perpetuating the legacy of Cab Calloway, including, but not limited to, his contributions to the arts, history, and cultural diffusion.

Sponsorship, development of, and advocacy for educational programs created to foster and promote cultural and ethnic diversity while inviting children, educators, and communities to shift the invitation to learning to a wider spectrum of intelligences, gifts, and interests.
